We use text-based marketing campaigns to generate these leads on your behalf. Each campaign guarantees a specified amount of homeowners that we message on behalf of your business.

Subscription and Payment
• The service is billed at a flat rate of $995 or $1,800 per month.
• This is a month-to-month subscription with no long-term contract.
• Payments are processed monthly. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
• All payments are non-refundable. A refund may be approved for unique circumstances on a case by case basis.

Cancellation Policy
• To cancel your subscription, you must provide written notice at least 7 days (1 week) before your next billing cycle.
• Failure to cancel within this notice period will result in the next month’s fee being charged.

Lead Delivery and Use
• Leads provided to you have opted in to be contacted by your business.
• You are responsible for following all applicable laws and best practices when contacting leads, including but not limited to the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and any state-specific communication laws.
• Leads may not be resold or used outside the scope of your own business operations.

No Guarantees
• Direct Text Leads does not guarantee sales, conversions, or specific lead volumes.
• While we strive to deliver high-quality leads, results may vary based on market conditions, geography, competition, and other factors beyond our control.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or are using our services in a harmful or illegal manner.
